TANDA is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. In addition:

• TANDA is a reminder tool. It does not give medical, financial, legal or vehicle advice. Medicine reminders follow the schedule you enter; follow your doctor's or pharmacist's instructions.
• Notifications depend on iOS. Focus modes, permissions, Low Power Mode and device settings can delay or silence them. Don't rely on TANDA alone for anything where a missed reminder could cause harm.
• Your data is yours and stays on your device. You are responsible for keeping backups; see the Privacy Policy.
• TANDA can't cancel or pay anything. Subscriptions and bills are tracked from what you enter.
