Privacy Policy

The short version

TANDA keeps your reminders and everything in Care on your iPhone. We do not collect, receive, sell or share any of your data. There is no account, no server and no analytics.

What TANDA stores

The reminders you write (titles, notes, dates, repeat settings and priority), their completion history, what you add to Care (vehicles with odometer readings and services; home items and pets with their tasks; subscriptions and bills with the amounts you mark as paid; medicines with their schedules, supply and the doses you log; documents with their expiry dates and, if you enter them, document numbers; important dates), the history of what you mark as done, and your app preferences (appearance, default snooze, first day of the week, widget options). This information is stored only on your device, inside TANDA's private storage, protected by iOS data protection.

What TANDA does not do

• No account or sign-in.
• No data is sent to us or to anyone else. TANDA does not connect to any server of ours.
• No analytics, advertising, tracking or third-party SDKs.
• No access to your location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone or calendar.
• TANDA does not give medical advice. Medicine reminders follow the schedule you enter.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, TANDA schedules local notifications on your iPhone at the times you choose. They are created and delivered by iOS on your device; no remote push service is used. You can turn notifications off at any time in iOS Settings.

Siri and Shortcuts

If you use TANDA with Siri or Shortcuts, iOS passes your request to TANDA on your device, and TANDA saves it like any other reminder. Siri's own handling of your voice is covered by Apple's privacy policy.

Face ID

A document number you save is shown only after Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode. iOS checks it on your device; TANDA never receives your face or fingerprint data.

Widgets

Widgets show a short summary that TANDA writes to a file on your iPhone that only TANDA and its widgets can read. Widgets never show notes or document numbers, and medicine names only if you allow it in Settings.

Backups and exports

If you use iCloud Backup or a computer backup, iOS may include TANDA's data in that backup, under Apple's terms and your own settings. TANDA does not sync your data between devices. Settings › Your data can export a backup or spreadsheet files through the iOS share sheet; you choose where they go, and they are not encrypted. Importing a backup reads the file you pick on your device.

Keeping and deleting your data

Your data stays on your device until you delete it. You can delete a single reminder, history entry or anything in Care in the app, delete everything with Settings › Delete All Data, or delete the app, which removes its data from the device. Because we never receive your data, there is nothing for us to delete on our side.

This website

This site has no cookies, analytics or forms. Cloudflare, which hosts it, processes standard request data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.

Children

TANDA does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date. If TANDA ever starts collecting data, we will explain what and why before it happens.
